Disney Series: Sugar Rush Land from Wreck-It Ralph!

Hellooo lovely people!
I finally have another look ready, wohoo! And lots more in mind that I can't wait to get started on!

I got so excited when Wreck-It Ralph came out on dvd, it's by far one of the best movies Disney has released in ages! I love it! It came out just at the right time too, lined up perfectly with Sleek's Candy Collection! A Sugar Rush look just had to be done!

I took inspiration from a photo I found on google, the idea came straight into my head and I couldn't wait to finish work and come home to play with my makeup! It was literally the first thing I did!

I love it when I'm this excited about a look, I can't wait to share it! I hope you guys like it too!
I picked out the green and pink mainly and used the purple from the twirly lolly pops for a little extra colour! :)

The Candy and Ultra Matts V1 i-Divine Sleek Palettes were the perfect colours for this look! I've only used the Candy palette once and I'm already in love with it, I'll post a review on it soon.

If the colours weren't already perfect enough, the names of the are amazing too! Strawberry Sherbet, Bon Bon, Bubble Gum, Pear Drop, Mint Green, Flump... I love them, completely inspired!
Trying to show off some of that glitter! Hard to capture.
The colours I used from this palette were Apple Sour and Mint Cream on the lids, Strawberry Sherbet, Bon Bon and Aniseed for crease and above the crease, Bon Bon underneath the lower lashes and Cream Soda in the inner corner.

I also used my Ultra Matts V1 palette, and used Cricket and as a base shade for my lid and Bolt on the outer third of my lid. I used a mix of Pucker and Pout as a base for the more glittery pinks in the Candy palette, and also as an eyeliner on my lower water line. I used Floss to blen out the pink and Pow! as my highlight shade.

I tried out my new Eylure #100 lashes, and as I expected... they're amazing! Really lightweight and easy to apply. I used the glue it comes with for once and it was amazing! I usually use Duo Glue but this definitely gives it a run for its money. I'm not sure if I'd trust it all night, but definitely good for blogging. Goes tacky very quickly though so work fast!
My eyeliner is by Collection 2000, it's a fine liner pen in a gorgeous purple! Suits the look brilliantly.

I hope you like my look! Please leave me a comment if you do, and if you have any ideas of characters I could do next, let me know! x

  2. That's super cute, I wish I could pull of such bold makeup!
The colour of your eye is absolutely gorgeous! The green really brings out your eye colour, especially when it's contrasted with that bright pink. And is it bad that I'm considering buying this palette just because the names are so damn sweet (literally)?
    Great post x
