Hey guys! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted a makeup look! Life gets hectic sometimes, but I've got a few new looks ready to post in the next few days! And here's the latest! Mater!
This one was requested by my boyfriend! I've made him a little Disney crazy lately, my bad! But I love it! His favourite is Cars so he gave me the idea to do Mater!

Disney Series: IAGO!
Hey Guys!
So this is my second look from my mini Disney Series! Not as wearable as Jafar, but I love love love it!
Iago is Jafar's little parrot sidekick from Aladdin and he's pretty frickin' cool!

Happy Endings...
Hello blogging world! Wow this is weird, I haven't done it in so long! I don't want to bore you with why I haven't blogged in ages but I basically lost all motivation and people brought me down. However, It's a new year and I have beautiful people in my life that make me smile and give me the encouragement I need to pursue my love of makeup! I feel like a very lucky girl!
Seeming I haven't done a makeup look in so long for you guys, I thought I'd start the year with one! I haven't really done them recently because I haven't had a decent camera but my wonderful boyfriend has kindly lent me his! Isn't he a sweetie...
I couldn't be happier with the quality of the pictures! I'm so fussy when it comes to lighting etc that it's nice I can relax so much with a camera! Please Click on the pics for a better look! They look amazing, I hate how they come up so small on here!
The shadows are all a bit of a mix really. I started with Urban Decay PP, NYX jumbo eye pencil in Milk and then patted on the purple shade from the Sleek Idivine Acid palette all over my eyelid and blended it out with MUA's shade 18. To draw attention to the centre of my eye I used Highness from Sleeks Ultra Matts V2 palette in the outer and inner corners of my eye and also lightly in the crease and blended out on my lower lash line. This alone looks amazing, but I love a bit of sparkle so I added UD's Half Baked to the centre of my eyelid and slightly blended it out. To Finish off I used Pillow Talk from Sleek's V2 palette as a brow highlight, UD's Perversion eyeliner pencil and Mac's black lash Push Lash mascara.
I didn't really know what to do with my lips so I went GOLD! I started with Natural Nymph from ELF, then applied a clear lipgloss and patted on Urban Decay's Half Baked eyeshadow. Finally I added Fairy Cake lipgloss from Butter London and lips are done. PS: WEIRD uploading a photo of my lips. I hate them!
I think I'm gonna do a quick post from my phone at some time, just to show you all the looks I've done and stuck on instagram (soo lazy) because I really loved some of them! But I'm definitely going to start photographing them properly for you guys!
I hope you like it and can't wait to do another look! Please let me know what you think by writing a comment below :)
Love as always! x

I've fallen in love with an OPI nail polish called Rally Pretty Pink, which is a gorgeous pinky, purple shimmer with a golden duo chrome, I would of uploaded a picture of it but it's a bitch to photograph so apologies! Anyway, my look is basically based on that polish, which I thought might be a cool idea for a makeup series? Corresponding makeup to your favourite nail polish... what do you guys think? (that's if anyone reads this! If you're like me, you just look at the pictures!)I didn't really know what to do with my lips so I went GOLD! And that is that! Look done :) I forgot how much I LOVE playing around with makeup and trying new things! I've recently bought loads from Urban Decay (fallen in love <3 again!) and can't wait to try out the Glinda Palette! Now you're just somebody that I used to know...
Hi Guys, this week I finally had a day off where I could meet up with my photographer friend and take some nice pics of my makeup :) *Oh Happy Days...*
So here you go :) I won't chat away... because if you're like me you only really look at the photos anyway! haha
This was look number one.. I did a couple of others but not sure how i feel about them yet... will upload one later :)
Just a very simple but very eye catching natural cut crease look created using an array of matte shadows from my ELF 6 in 1 on the go palette, which I am currently in love with! I wasn't expecting the shadows to be so pigmented!
Teamed with some bold brows, nude lips and bronzed cheeks I'm really happy with how this look turned out :)
Let me know what you guys think :)
Happy Valentine's Day! xxx

Anti-Valentines....
For any Valentine's Haters... here you go...
A very different look for me... not something I would ever wear out! A bit dark... but so gorgeous! And how simple can you get? 2 colours? Awesome. Another look using my ELF 6 in 1 on the go palette (or whatever it's called...) And I'm pretty excited about ELF bringing out a huge palette to hold them all in! DESPERATELY NEEDED!!!! I've managed to smash one of the eyeshadows already ¬_¬ Pissed off with myself to the max.
The colours in the palette's are insane! Some are so gorgeous and remind me a lot of the Nars eyeshadows.
I have my camera back but it still sucks... couldn't get a very good photo... sorry about that! Will be getting a new camera in the next few months... probably mid march? fingers crossed!
I was looking into doing a new series but now I'm not so sure... This would have been one of the looks! I was going to do a Vampire Diaries Series, and this beaut would have been my Damon... *dreamy blue eyes...* but yeah, I'm not so sure now! Really want to do a series >< will have to have a think :D
Any ideas on a series I could do? Would love some ideas!!!
Love & Peace x

Green and Gold Eyes....
I'm feeling super christmassy this year! Working in a shop, it's kind of pushed in your face all the time! Really getting into doing Christmas makeup so here's another eyeshadow look :) The gold looks a heck of a lot more yellow on here which is kind of annoying... looks better gold!
Eyebrows are a mess, sorry about that. And I STILL can't find my camera charger! D':
Anyway... It's a pretty basic look, I did add some glitter over the top which you can see in the last photo and it look beautiful but didn't come up very well in photos.
The majority of the colours were from my NYX 78 eyeshadow palette. I am totally in love with this palette! It has pretty much every colour I'd ever need in it! For my brow highlighter I used Mac's 'Baby, It's cold...' and in the crease 'Woodsmoke' both from their glitter and ice collection.
I was chuffed to see this pic on the first page on the pics on beautylish! I know it sounds ridiculous but it made me smile like mad! :)
My mascara is Mac's zoom fast black lash and is my current favourite. I used to use Maybelline's colossal mascara but I always ended up with panda eyes where it rubbed off! I've not had a problem at all with this one!
My eyeliner is maybelline's gel eyeliner in black. Gel eyeliner is always my go to eyeliner! For me it lasts 10x longer than any other eyeliner.
In this pic you can just about make out the glitter! It really didn't want to photograph which sucks because it looked gorgeous!
I hope everyone's feeling nice and christmassy! I'm addicted to listening to Sugarland's album, Green and gold at the moment! Gonna start on the xmas movies soon! Already watched Love Actually but that's a film you have to watch at LEAST 3 times before Christmas! I'm thinking Elf next though...

Christmas Pudding Nails!
Christmas is just around the corner and being as sad as I am, I've done some funky ass nails! They're lil' Christmas Puddings and I'm in love with them!
I've done them on false nails because I'm not allowed to wear nail varnish to work! BOO!
Tools needed: large and small dotting tool. (I cheat and use different size pins and toothpicks!)
you could also use rhinestones for the holly, optional.
Nail varnishes I used: OPI Alpin Snow, OPI Tease-y does it, Barry M 115, No7 Devil's Delight, the green is a franken I did myself :), Maybelline salon manicure top coat.
This little beaut should be the outcome :D sadly I've lost my camera charger so shuddy pics, sorry!
First off I did a white base coat using OPI Alpine Snow, then a coat of barry m, just to get a nice solid base colour.
Then, either 1 or 2 coats of OPI Tease-y does it. I think it's my Favourite ever nail polish! It's soo gorgeous! It's just so many colours in one! Brown, red, gold, purple.... just gorgeous!
Nice clean table eh? Once it's all dry, grab a large dotting tool and the white again, and make uneven dots all joined in a line, so it looks like drips! Then join it all up at the top. :) Simples
This really is the only tricky bit! Use a small dotting tool, toothpick, whatever to create three small red berrys top-centre of the nail. Then, the holly! I hated doing this bit! I cheated and used an old pair of tweezers! the slanted edge was the perfect shape for the holly leaves, I didn't want to do into too much detail with them because I would have ruined them probably!
Alternatively, you could used rhinestones which looks super cute too!
And then you're near enough done! I left mine for a day and then added a top coat, I didn't want to do all that work and then smudge it! Just make sure they're mega dry before you add yours!
Broken down into steps this look is really easy to do! Please give it and go and post your looks!
Hope every ones getting in the christmassy mood!

Nicki Minaj Bed Rock inspired look
So, my friend is going to the Bestival this year dressed as Nicki Minaj and I said that I would do some make-up looks to suit her look. She wants to go as Nicki Minaj from the Superbass video but the Bed Rock look was much more colourful and I couldn't help myself! I had to give it a go! So, this is my take on Nicki Minaj :)
I used a new eyeshadow palette which I got the other day and so far I'm loving it! It's the poptastic palette by collection 2000 and cost just under £5! I also used waterproof eyeliner pen from E.L.F and MAC Plush Lash mascara.
I've got so many different palettes and single eye shadows though that it's starting to annoy me, having to go through them all! So I'm thinking of de-panning them and putting them all into a larger palette, not sure though - what do you guys think? Good idea?
And once again... my stupid face :)
Just a little note: The eyeliners on my hand has been on all day, was checking to see how well they lasted, The one which is still going strong is the waterproof eyeliner pen from E.L.F! It's amazing!!!
Love & Peace x
My look isn't exactly the same as you can tell! It's a lot softer than Nicki Minaj's but my friend isn't keen on wearing a lot of color! So what I've done is kept it mainly on the eyes and just used a light pink on my lips and cheeks.

E.L.F make-up look
I was overly excited this morning when I got my order from E.L.F and had to do a look! I've been playing all day and so far I love pretty much everything!
Not really keen on the lip primer and plumper but I've only used it once so will wait and see if it can change my mind. Also, I know everyone raves about it but so far I haven't seen what was so great with the HD powder. But once again will wait and see, only used it once :)
So, here's my look!
The only products I used that wasn't E.L.F was my Mac mascara, max factor foundation and The dark green eyeshadow which is MUA.
Out of everything my favourite buys are probably the mineral infused face primer, all over colour stick in spotlight, powder brush and the contouring blush and bronzing duo. Now I haven't used everything yet so these are my favourites so far! The primer is so thick that you don't even need to use a whole pump of the stuff, it goes a long way and makes your skin really smooth. The colour stick is perfect for highlighting, the brush is incredibly soft and the contouring duo is perfect! The shades are just right for a blush and contour.
On my eyes I used all the colours from the smokey eyeshadow palette apart from the purple and the waterproof eyeliner pen (which works really well) I also got the bamboo blending eye brush but I'm not overly excited about this. It's very light (bamboo, duh) which makes it a bit harder to use if that makes any sense?! But it also seemed to eat my eyeshadow! I put quite a lot on the brush and got very little off. (This is just first impressions, may completely change my mind later on!)
On my lips I used the primer and plumper, so far not too sure on this... will report back. I also used the lip stain in Fashionista. The colour is beautiful but I ate my dinner and poof, it had all vanished. Being a lip stain I thought it might hold a bit better but no such luck, however I did put primer and plumper on first so maybe that didn't help! Will try it again without.
Overall I am thrilled with my purchases from E.L.F and I cannot wait to get some more things! I've already started up a wishlist and will definitely be getting my friends presents from here in the future!
I hope you like the look and just because I have to, here's my stupid face. Peace x

Blue Smokey Eye
This to me is my 'John Smith' look. I got my inspiration for the colours from Pocahontas. John Smith's uniform was mainly greys and blues so I used those colours to create this look.
I used a eyeshadow duo in Star Light from color trend, Avon and my Sleek Storm Palette, using the grey and dark blue. Also from the Acid Palette by Sleek I used a little of the blue's just to make it a little brighter.
I decided that I didn't think it was blue enough so I added blue kohl eyeliner just under the outer half of my eye, totally made this look, I love it!
And because I seem to take so many of them, here's my stupid face!

Please let me know what you think! xx

Shimmery Smokey Eye
Just a very quick post about a smokey eye look I did about a week ago. Totally loving the smokey eye look at the moment and trying to see how many ways I can jazz it up!
This one was done using my Sleek Storm palette, using the shimmery blues mainly. I know Having an all over shimmer eye can be a bit overwhelming but with this colour combination it looked pretty good! And I was out at night as well so it was a lot harder to notice!
I kept the rest of my face very simple and neutral. When I have a lot of colour on my eyes I don't like doing too much on the rest of my face! I feel like it can be way too much sometimes! I'm not very adventurous with lip products but I've ordered a few from E.L.F to try and get me into it! Also I really want to get the paint pots from Sleek which are a bit like the lip tars from OCC. They look amazing! cannot wait until they're on sale!
Also, my stupid face! I think this is going to be a reoccurring thing... I seem to always take a photo of myself looking like a muppet. So here it is! Also, You can see my colourful manicure! Is a bit of a funny one but it looked kind of cool, I just seemed to of run out of ideas on what to do with them that day!
Anyway, that was that. Was meant to be a quick blog, took a bit longer than expected!

MUA eyeshadows
I was SO excited when I saw that my superdrug stocked MUA! It didn't have much stuff left so I just grabbed a few eyeshadows and WOW are they amazing!
These were the only colours left, they had some nude/white's but I wasn't overly keen so I went for these beauts.
I love love LOVE shade 8! It's such a beautiful colour! These together would make a great mermaid look! For only £1 you'd think that something would be wrong with them... but there's nothing. The pigmentation is fantastic and there's hardly any payoff, slighly more in the pearls than the matte but there's hardly any eitherway.
I am definitely going to go and get some more of these, they are amazing. 10/10!

Simple Seduction...
I usually do a lot of make-up looks using bright eyeshadow, mainly because it's so much fun! But I thought I'd tone it down and do a more glam, posh, bridal type of makeup look. I recently bought some new eyelashes so I also just wanted to try them out! They're from Eyelure (number 116 I think) and I'm in love with them! The only downside is the glue sucks! They're very easy to get off which means there's not much stick to them. Definitely wouldn't trust it for a night out! Invest in some duo glue, or another one which you like and these lashes will look amazing! :)
Keeping it simple... You don't need a lot of colour to look glam. For my eyes I've done a slightly shimmery, brown smokey eye (using Storm palette from sleek) and applied a very thin line of eyeliner to my lash line. To finish I applied mac plush lash mascara and eyelure no.116 eyelashes.
Believe it or not, I've actually lightened my eyebrows by filling them with a medium brown eyebrow pencil (my eyebrows are usually more black even though I'm blonde!)
On my cheeks I've used Maybelline Dream Mousse in Mauve (no.4) and highlighted using a shimmer & shade palette from Collection 2000. To finish i used a matte translucent powder.
For my lips I used MUA lipstick in shade 4 with a clear gloss on top, I think it was Este Lauder (Did this look a while a go)
And I think that was about it :) Hope you like it

Basically just a few looks using the make-up i got from MUA (all in previous post) but to recap:

eyeliner shade 1
glitter eyeliner shade 8
I also used a black and shimmery blue/green from Sleeks Storm palette. But that's pretty much it.
